Vision: A collective of yogi-climbers that uses the practice of yoga to pursue and achieve their climbing goals.

Jess:  I have worked at four climbing gyms in the past decade, am pursuing my AMGA SPI certification, have been a youth climbing team coach, am a certified WFR and have been a ropes course facilitator. I have spent many weekends in climbing meccas like Joshua Tree, Bishop, Tahquitz Peak, The Obed, Chattanooga, the Red River Gorge, and Red Rock Canyon. To complement that, I am a yoga teacher and an E-RYT 200. I received my first 200hr RYT in 2013 in a Hatha practice, followed by a second 200hr RYT in Power Vinyasa in 2016. I have over 1,000 hours of teaching experience and have published a handful of articles on the subject of yoga and climbing.

Laura: I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2014 and have since accumulated an additional 60 hours of continuing education. I began teaching at Climb Nulu in 2016 and have found a passion for educating climbers in the practice of yoga. I have served on the board of Kentucky Yoga Initiative and on a committee for Red River Gorge Climbers Coalition. I like to spend my free time climbing and running in places such as the Red River Gorge, the New River Gorge, Chattanooga, and across the American West when I can get there. I am also a RRCA certified running coach, and love to apply my experience coaching in studio and workshop settings.
